PLE Summer Registration

Summer Registration June 23rd - July 30th

Pine Lane Elementary offices will be  closed June 1st - July 30th due to Construction.

All new K-12 student enrollments for the Summer will be processed by Central Enrollment June 23rd through July 30th.  No enrollments will be processed May 26th through June 22nd.

Parents may access the enrollment application via a computer making sure documents are available in an electronic format. Please note, the application is compatible with phones and tablets, it is more difficult to upload documents.

Before you begin, please gather the following. For a detailed description go to

  • State ID or a Driver's License

  • Student(s) Birth Certificate

  • Student(s) Immunization Record

  • Proof of Residency -- (Warranty Deed, Deed of Trust, Property Tax Notice, Lease Agreement, County Assessor Page or Notarized Proof of Residency letter from the person you are living with).

  • Household Information -- address and phone numbers. Parent information -- addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers

  • Emergency Contacts -- addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers

  • Student information -- demographic information, transcript (grades 10-12) or report card and health/medication information
