6th Grade End of Year Party
The end-of-the-year is quickly approaching, so that means it’s time to party! We will be having our 6th Grade celebration on Wednesday, May 24th from 1:20-3:00 to send off our elementary school big kids one last time.
If you are interested in helping plan this wonderful event, please reach out to your classroom teacher by Friday, April 21st so that we can get this party started!
We know that some of you may wish to come celebrate with us, and we welcome all party-goers! We are asking that each child contribute $5 to our party fund to cover food, drinks, and other goodies for our graduates. See the MySchoolBucks link here. Please know that if you and your family do plan to come, lunch will only be provided to our 6th Grade graduates.

It is time to register for Taking Flight, Sierra's summer transition program!
No matter how your student feels about transitioning to middle school, Taking Flight is designed to calm anxiety and increase excitement. Make sure they have the opportunity to:
- Become familiar with Sierra so they don't have to worry about getting lost
- Meet teachers
- Make new friends
- Get their schedule early and find classes
- Learn important success strategies for middle school
- Have fun!
All Taking Flight students will also receive a fun Sierra t-shirt. Sessions only last 3 hours per day for 3 days. Click
