• Take a moment to walk down memory lane + find your favorite picture of your 6th grader as a baby that you want to include in the yearbook this year. 
• Then, scan the QR code below to upload your picture to our YB Community Uploads page 
  • (you will have to either create an account or log in with your Shutterfly/Lifetouch info). 
• Please be sure to include your child’s name in the file title, as well as add the tag “6th grade babies” to help us keep track of everything.

PLE 6^th Grade Families,

6^th Grade Students are eligible to participate in PLUM – Pine Lane Up in the Mountains.  This is a 3-day, 2 overnight camp adventure for our students at Stone Canyon Outdoor Edventures in Larkspur.

Dates:

• Dunlap / Hall                May 6th - May 8th
• • Monday May 6th - Depart PLE at 9:30 am
  • Tuesday May 7th
  • Wednesday  May 8th - Arrive back PLE between 12:30 - 1:30pm (students will need picked up at this time)

• Simon / Summit / Kawamura           May 8th - May 10th
• • Wednesday May 8th- Depart PLE at 9:30 am
  • Thursday  May 9th
  • Friday  May 10th - Arrive back PLE between 12:30 - 1:30pm (students will need picked up at this time)

Cost:  $335.00

• Cost will be added to My School Bucks on November 1^st so you have the ability to make monthly payments.

• We want every student to be able to participate in this event and do not want cost to be a factor for any family wanting to participate.  Please reach out to Vickie Reynolds if you think your family may need financial assistance.  We do ask for these families to try and participate in any fund-raising efforts that may occur for PLUM.

Pies Sweet Snackin - October 12th - October 25th

In order to help with the cost associated with PLUM, your students will be bringing home a holiday treat fundraiser on Thursday October 12th.   Your student will earn 30-40% of all their sales. 40% if the total number of combined items of all students sold are greater than 200. 30% if the total number of combined items of all students sold are less than 200. This will be applied directly to their PLUM payment in My School Bucks in January.

PLEASE ENSURE IF YOU ARE PARTICIPATING IN THIS FUNDRAISER THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO PICK UP THE ITEMS SOLD on November 15^th.  This is the last week of school before Thanksgiving Break.

King Soopers Card  
PLE utilizes the King Soopers Card profits to give all students  attending PLUM a scholoarship.  In the past it's been around $50.00.  The actual scholarship will be determined the beginning of March when we recieve our 1st quarter earnings. 

If you shop at King Soopers, think about selecting Pine Lane Elementary to earn your community rewards.  PLE receives a percentage of your purchases.
